This is a 24-year-old woman who wanted fuller buttocks. She underwent autologous fat grafting of the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift) with liposuction of her back, love handles, and abdomen. A total of 1020mls was placed in each buttock. She is seen 6 weeks postoperatively with curvaceous and full buttocks – a total body transformation!
