This is a 20-something year old woman who wanted a more curvaceous buttock with more volume and better projection. She was unable to gain weight to undergo Brazilian Butt Lift (buttock augmentation with fat). As an alternative, she underwent buttock augmentation with silicone implants (460 cc per side). She is seen three months after surgery with fuller, rounder buttocks.
